Jon Eriksson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jon started their career at Swift Adhesives Oy as a Business Controller, where they were responsible for the company's manufacturing and sales operations. Jon then worked at Small Planet as a Finance Director, where they built a finance function from scratch and gained experience in venture capital and small mergers and acquisitions.

After that, Jon Eriksson joined Atlas Copco as a Business Controller, where they had various responsibilities such as finance, accounting, administration, and quality systems. Jon also served as a Regional Business Controller for Central Asia and South East Asia, where they supported and consulted with local business controllers to improve finance and reporting quality.

Currently, Jon Eriksson works at Alfa Laval, where they have held multiple roles. Jon started as a Business Controller for the PureBallast/Alfawall segment in the Marine industry. Jon then transitioned to a Manager Finance, Legal, and Business Development position, taking on increased responsibilities in these areas. Jon later became the Vice President Business Control for the Marine Division, handling finance and controlling for a division with an annual turnover of approximately 1.5 billion EUR and 5,000 employees. Currently, Jon Eriksson is the Vice President Strategic Projects at Alfa Laval, and they will transition to the role of VP Business Development in 2024, while also retaining some divisional responsibilities.

Jon Eriksson completed a Master's degree in Accounting & Finance from Hanken School of Economics from 1993 to 2001.
