Mayara Dias is a dedicated Tech Recruiter Specialist with extensive experience in recruitment and selection within the technology sector, currently serving both ALFA and Moove since September 2019. Prior roles include Tech Recruiter at Aktie Now, where responsibilities encompassed various facets of recruitment and employee development, and RH Generalista at CIA Agency International Education Agency, overseeing HR functions and payroll. Additionally, Mayara co-owned New Visa, providing support for visa and passport processes. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate degree in Organizational Psychology from USCS and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul.
