Adriana Klimkova has a diverse work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Adriana currently works at Emplifi as a Business Talent & Project Lead, where they have been since 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Recruiter at Socialbakers from 2017 to 2021. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Senior Recruiter at Novartis, where they supported the end-to-end hiring process across different departments. Adriana started their career at Hays Accountancy & Finance, Banking in 2011 as a Recruitment Consultant and later worked as a Principal Resource Specialist at GE Money Bank from 2015 to 2016. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated their ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage a high volume of requisitions during periods of hyper-growth.

Adriana Klimkova completed their Master's degree in International Relations at Masaryk University Brno from 2005 to 2011. Adriana also earned another Master's degree in Culture Management from Masaryk University Brno during the same period. In addition, they obtained certifications in Gamification from the University of Pennsylvania (Coursera) in 2014 and in International Organizations Management from the University of Geneva (Coursera) in the same year.
