Victória De Castro Martins Ferreira Silveira is an experienced engineer specializing in planning, currently holding the position of Engenheira de planejamento at Alfa Engenharia e Montagens Industriais since September 2021. Among key projects, Victória has contributed to significant industrial maintenance and assembly tasks at Gerdau and ArcelorMittal, as well as the provision of resources for mining projects. Previous roles include trainee engineer, planning assistant, and a scholarship position at the Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora, where Victória worked on process mapping within the engineering faculty. Victória also has a background in training facilitation with Grupo Voitto and gained initial experience in logistics and planning with MRS Logística.
