Joel Marshall is an experienced professional in the engineering and fabrication industry, currently serving as a Hot Works Supervisor at Yancoal Australia Ltd since August 2022. Prior to this role, Joel worked as a Field Service Boilermaker/Leading Hand at HOT Engineering and held the position of Welding & Fabrication Supervisor at Double R Equipment Repairs.
