Ernesto Henriquez is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Vice President of International Employee Benefits at Pan-American Life Insurance Group since April 2016. Henriquez has a proven track record of driving both top and bottom line results for Group Life, Group Health, and Group Personal Accidents across Latin America and the Caribbean. Previously, as General Manager, Henriquez transformed operations in El Salvador, enhancing productivity and profitability. Earlier roles at Pan-American Life included Commercial Vice President for LATAM, focusing on multinational and pool business growth. Henriquez also served as Acting Latin America Life Regional Manager at Chartis Insurance, spearheading significant projects.
