Matt Hotham is an experienced professional in the utility sector, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience - Metering and previously as Director of Operations at Alectra since January 2017. Prior to this role, Matt held positions as Senior Manager of Engineering & Operations for both LDC and Non-Regulated Businesses at Enersource Corporation from November 2012 to December 2016. Matt holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the Schulich School of Business at York University, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical Engineering & Management from McMaster University.
