Michael Daday, CPA is currently serving as the Vice President of Asset Management in the Student Housing Sector at Alden Street Capital. Prior to this, Michael has held various roles such as President at Grace Giving Corporation, AVP at Waterton, and Manager at EY, where Michael focused on Real Estate Valuation, Corporate Real Estate Consulting, and Transaction Diligence. With a background in Accounting, Michael has also worked as an Audit Senior at Emerson Electric Co. and gained experience in Portfolio Accounting and Reporting as a Director. During their time at University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, Michael obtained their MSA in Accounting.
