Daryna Gornitska possesses extensive experience in IT recruitment and client development, currently serving as the Chief IT Recruitment and Client Development at Alcor. Previously, Daryna held significant leadership roles at Newxel as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Talent Officer, and co-CEO and COO at INDIGO Tech Recruiters. Daryna's career also includes positions as Director of Global Delivery Operations and General Manager at Astound Commerce, as well as Resource Planning Manager at SysIQ, Inc. Daryna holds a Master's degree in Information Security from the National Aviation University and studied at the Kyiv Mohyla Business School from 2011 to 2013.
