Kaisa Norfolk is a Total Rewards Analyst at the Alberta Electric System Operator (AESO) since July 2018, with a background in human resources coordination. Previous roles include HR & Culture Coordinator and HR Coordinator at Datamine Limited from June 2015 to February 2018, and HR Coordinator at AESO prior to the current position. Earlier experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at The University of Auckland and various roles in customer service and operational support. Kaisa holds a Master of Commerce (MCom) in Management, a BCom Honours in Management, and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Management and International Business from The University of Auckland, along with a high school diploma from Tikkurila High School, Finland.
