Katie Knight is currently a Brewer at Alaskan Brewing Company since September 2023, with an eagerness to join the Juneau team and learn about sustainable energy practices in the brewing industry. Prior to this role, Katie served as an Assistant Brewer at River Rat Brewery from November 2022 to September 2023, where responsibilities included working in production and bartending in a high-volume taproom setting.
