Sophie Lasserre is the founder of Human Lean, where since 2010, expertise in Lean transformation consulting has been showcased through the design and deployment of continuous performance improvement programs. Achievements include significant reductions in processing times and service disruptions across diverse sectors such as automotive, temporary work, and retail. As a member of Institut Lean France since January 2018, Sophie leads initiatives focused on Lean and Green practices, while also holding positions as a shareholder at Time for the Planet, a partner at Lean Sensei Partners, and a Lean Responsible certifier at AFNOR Certification. Previous roles include Director of Transformation at Julhiet Sterwen Group and Project Director at Accor, highlighting a strong background in managing major organizational changes and optimizing training processes. Sophie Lasserre holds an engineering degree from HEI - Hautes Etudes d'Ingénieur.
