Rachel Huber Christman, MBA, CCP, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rachel currently serves as the Director Total Rewards at the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) since February 2023. Prior to this, they were the Human Resources Manager Compensation Benefits at ANTHC from October 2016 to February 2023.

Before joining ANTHC, Rachel worked at Chugach Government Solutions as the Manager, Benefits from April 2015 to October 2016. Prior to that, they held the position of Benefits Supervisor at Chugach Alaska Corporation from January 2014 to October 2016.

Rachel's HR career started at Ukpeagvik Inupiat Corporation, where they served as the Corporate HR Program Manager from October 2011 to January 2014. Before that, they gained experience as a Human Resources Assistant at Coffman Engineers from September 2008 to October 2011.

Early in their career, Rachel worked as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from March 2007 to June 2008, and as a Team Manager/Coach at Sitel from May 2005 to March 2007.

Rachel's extensive work experience showcases their expertise in compensation and benefits management, HR program management, and leadership roles in various organizations.

Rachel Huber Christman, MBA, CCP, PHR, SHRM-CP completed their Bachelors degree in Communications from Angelo State University in 2005. Rachel then pursued further education and obtained their Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2012.
