Ismail Nassif has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ismail began their career at Syriatel in 2005 as a Call Center Representative, where they worked until 2009. During this time, they gained experience in customer service and was later promoted to Assistant Branch Manager, overseeing operations and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
In 2011, Ismail joined Al Hokair Group as a Branch Manager for their FEC division. Ismail successfully led a team of 50 employees, achieving annual revenue targets. Ismail was responsible for overseeing daily operations, including staffing and resource management.
From 2012 to 2013, Ismail held the role of Sales Customer Service Manager at Al Hokair Group, where they maintained customer satisfaction through problem-solving resources.
In 2013, Ismail was promoted to Regional Manager at Al Hokair Group, a position they held until 2022. In this role, they drove sales and profitability growth across all entertainment centers by providing leadership, strategic planning, and outstanding execution of field operations strategies.
Most recently, Ismail Nassif has been serving as the Head of Operation at Al Hokair Group from March 2022. Unfortunately, the end date for this role has not been specified.
Ismail Nassif holds a Master's degree in Financial Markets from The Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences, which they completed from 2006 to 2010. In 2009, they also pursued training in Training/Trainer at The George Washington University. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2005, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Aleppo University.
