Padma Purushothaman is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in managing and directing product development across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Product for AirCover & Ops at Airbnb since February 2019, Padma oversees host and guest protection products. Prior roles include Director of Product Management at Metromile, where impactful consumer products were developed for growth, activation, and retention. Earlier experience includes serving as a Strategy Consultant at Simon-Kucher & Partners and Product Manager at Allstate, focusing on data and telematics products. Padma began career as a Product Owner at AAA-The Auto Club Group, successfully launching critical projects. Padma holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Govt College of Technology.
