Mudassar Ali is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Executive Manager of Strategy & Follow Up at Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait since September 2022, where oversight of a dynamic team and reporting to the Chief of Strategy is essential. Previously, from October 1999 to August 2024, Mudassar held various leadership roles at MTC-Zain, including Finance Director, Financial Controller, and Department Manager of Reporting & Budgeting, managing cash management operations, overseeing financial statements, leading budgetary exercises, and ensuring compliance with IFRS. Mudassar's career began at Bader Al Mulla as a Senior Accountant in the Group Finance Department, culminating in a solid foundation in financial management and accounting. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Development Programme Certification from London Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Punjab University, Pakistan.
