In 2011, they joined ImmunoGen, Inc. as a Research Associate III, where they were promoted to Senior Research Associate and then Resident Pharmacokinetics Modeler. In 2019, they moved to Akston Biosciences Corporation as a Quantitative Bioanalytics Scientist.

Rassol Laleau completed a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering and Biotechnology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2018. Prior to that, they earned a BS in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Andrews University.
