Paul Hederman is an experienced professional in the field of customer success and academic development. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Akari Software since January 2011, Paul previously held the position of Academic Development Innovator at the Institute of Technology Carlow from September 2008 to September 2010. Prior to that, Paul was the Director of Continuing & Professional Studies at the National College of Ireland from January 2002 to May 2008. Educational background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in International Sales from Technological University Dublin, a Post Graduate Diploma in Technology and Learning from Trinity College Dublin, and a Master of Arts in Economics from University College Cork.
