Ginger Lowe-Smith has over 20 years of experience in the food industry. Ginger worked at Ajinomoto Windsor, Inc. from 2001 to 2015, holding the role of Director of Corporate Development and Regional Chains. In 2015, they transitioned to Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. as the VP of Foodservice Sales & Corporate Development.

Ginger Lowe-Smith earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where they attended from 1985 to 1989.
