Phillip Allen has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and legal industries. Phillip is currently serving as the President of Marine & Lawn Hotels & Resorts since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Development Officer - International Markets at AJ Capital Partners starting from 2018. From 2010 to 2018, they held the position of Chief Development Officer & General Counsel at 21c Museum Hotels. Before entering the hospitality industry, they worked as Counsel at Yum! Brands from 2007 to 2010. Phillip started their career as an Attorney at Stites & Harbison in 2006.
