Ravindhar Burugu is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive experience in analytical research and development. Currently serving as Deputy Director and Head of AR&D at Aizant Drug Research Solutions Pvt Ltd since October 2023, Ravindhar has previously held the position of Assistant General Manager at Finoso Pharma, leading the analytical department from January 2020 to October 2023. With a strong background in method development, routine support, and stability analysis, Ravindhar has contributed significantly to various companies, including Hetero, Jubilant Generics Limited, Elder Pharmaceuticals Limited, AUROBINDO PHARMA LTD, Matrix Laboratories Limited, and Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, accumulating expertise across multiple dosage forms.
