Nikheel Doshi has worked in various roles since 2014. Nikheel began as an Intern at Capital First Limited, where they learned how to pitch products to clients and how to retain them. Nikheel then moved on to PepsiCo India Holdings Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for marketing products to current outlets and creating new ones. In 2016, Nikheel worked as a Senior Business Development Executive at Shreeji Consultancy Services, and at the same time, they were a Business Associate at Appco Group India, where they learnt about door to door marketing techniques and creating marketing campaigns. In 2018, Nikheel became a Senior Business Development Executive at Dhruv Corporate (HR) Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and in 2020, they were promoted to Business Development Manager at AIS Technolabs Pvt Ltd.

Nikheel Doshi's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2019-2021, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Narayana Business School from 2013-2016, a 12th HSC from Catholic Church Senior Secondary School, Sudan Board from 2012-2013, and a 10th SSC from Catholic Church Senior Secondary School, Sudan from 2010-2011.
