Mila Fernandez has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Mila began their career at Global Computer Sourcing de Venezuela, S.A. in 2006, where they worked as a Bid Analyst, responsible for logistics and assistance for tenders. Mila then moved on to Grupo Automotriz Multimarca in 2008, where they served as a Sales Manager and later as an Ejecutiva de ventas, overseeing the buying and selling of vehicles, credit management, and customer portfolio expansion.
In 2013, Fernandez joined Servicios Integrales Seriven, C.A. as a Creative Director, where they played a key role in developing ideas, strategies, and content for social media channels, as well as managing social media accounts for international clients.
From 2016 to 2021, Fernandez worked at Airtm, first as the Head Of Customer Support and later as the Directory Lead. In their roles, they focused on customer support and satisfaction, preparing reports and analytics, diagnosing performance gaps, and working closely with team leaders to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
Currently, Fernandez serves as an Enterprise Client Success Manager at Airtm, leveraging their extensive experience in client relationship management to drive retention and growth for enterprise clients. Mila is responsible for developing relationships with key client stakeholders, maintaining and growing revenue through strategic business plans, consultative selling, and identifying upsell opportunities.
Throughout their career, Fernandez has demonstrated strong leadership skills, the ability to work collaboratively with team members, and a dedication to achieving positive results.
Mila Fernandez attended the Instituto Universitario Jesús Obrero from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a T.S.U. en Educación Integral degree with a focus on Educación primaria (primary education). Additionally, they acquired several certifications including "Estrategia de Cierre de Ventas" from Crehana in August 2022, "Open English Level 5" from Open English in April 2022, and an English Course from Oxford International Center in April 2004.
