Anthony Y C Fung possesses extensive experience in systems engineering and project management within the aviation and cultural sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Systems Engineering at the Airport Authority Hong Kong since April 2017, Anthony manages projects transforming the Hong Kong International Airport from a two-runway to a three-runway system, overseeing design and construction for critical airport systems such as Baggage Handling and Airfield Ground Lighting. Prior to this role, Anthony worked as a Senior Engineer at the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, focusing on electrical power distribution networks and building services for various cultural venue projects. With a strong background at the Airport Authority Hong Kong spanning from 1996 to 2014, Anthony held positions ranging from Manager to Engineer, emphasizing system maintenance and design for airport infrastructure. Anthony holds a Master of Science in Computer & Information Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, both from The University of Hong Kong.
