Richard Ramunni is a skilled FPGA and hardware engineer with extensive experience in cryptographic security for FPGAs, currently serving as a Firmware Engineer at EndoSec LLC since January 2024. Previously, Richard held positions at Optiver as a Hardware Engineer and as a Hardware Engineering Intern. Richard has also contributed to research at the Georgia Tech Research Institute as a Graduate Research Assistant and Student Assistant. Notably, Richard completed a three-term FPGA Engineering Co-op, where significant projects included the design and verification of FPGAs for software-defined radios and the development of efficient FPGA-based communication systems utilizing Xilinx IP and MATLAB Simulink. Richard holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Computer Engineering, respectively, from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
