Steven LaBonte has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries throughout their career. Steven is currently working as a Test Engineer III at Airmar Technology Corporation since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Test Engineer II at the same company from September 2019 to April 2021.

Before joining Airmar Technology Corporation, Steven worked as a Senior Laboratory Technician at AMETEK Haydon Kerk Pittman Motion Solutions from July 2018 to September 2019. In this role, they were responsible for test set design, repair, fabrication, and maintenance. Steven also generated new LabVIEW code for test hardware and documented old LabVIEW code.

From September 2016 to February 2018, Steven worked as an Electrical Engineering Technician at Segway. Prior to that, they served as a Service Technician at Segway from August 2012 to September 2016.

Steven's early work experience includes working as a Machine Operator at UltraSource Inc. from August 2010 to August 2012, where they operated laser CNC, spray coat, and sputter machines. Steven also performed troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance as needed. Additionally, they worked as an Electronic Assembler at BAE Systems for a brief period from April 2009 to July 2009.

Steven LaBonte attended Nashua Community College from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering. Steven also holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com.
