Jim Henry has extensive work experience in the field of engineering. Jim started their career in 1983 as a Reliability Engineer at Commodore Semiconductor Systems and worked there until 1987.

In 2001, they joined Emcore as a Sr. Reliability Engineer, where they conducted qualification tests on various optical and laser components used in fiber optic networks. Their work involved testing and analyzing the performance and reliability of these components. Jim stayed with Emcore until 2002.

From 2003 to 2009, Jim worked at Texas Instruments, initially as a Component Specialist, responsible for qualifications of new components for DC/DC converters. Jim also performed construction analysis and root cause failure analysis on component issues. Later, they became a Failure Analyst, where they determined the root causes of customer return failures and provided feedback to customers.

Since 2010, Jim has been working at Airmar Technology Corporation as a Quality Assurance Engineer. Their role involves ensuring and maintaining the quality standards of the company's products and processes.

Jim Henry attended Drexel University from 1976 to 1981 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.
