Mustafa Gamal has a diverse work experience in the software industry. Mustafa started their career as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Helwan University in 2002. Mustafa then worked as a CTO and Software Architect at MoveITGate.com, where they oversaw software development operations and led the design and implementation of a Campus Management System. Mustafa also worked as a Research and Development Consultant at Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA), providing expertise in research and development.

In 2016, Mustafa became a Mentor on Mentive, where they provided guidance and support to other professionals. Mustafa then joined HackHands as a Technical Expert, assisting software developers in solving technical problems through video chat and screen sharing.

In 2017, Mustafa joined nResult as a Senior Software Engineer Research Development, participating in the core development effort of a complex Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) suite of products and services. Mustafa worked on various areas including big data services development, desktop application development, and rapid prototyping.

In 2018, Mustafa worked as a Software Architect Technical Lead at FreedomDev Sensible Software, utilizing their architectural skills to lead and guide the technical team. Mustafa also worked as a Chief Software Architect at Aurea Software, demonstrating an expert level understanding of customer environments and leading the technical delivery of multiple products.

Throughout their career, Mustafa has shown a focus on quality, automation, and customer satisfaction. Mustafa has exhibited leadership skills by managing teams, resolving technical issues, and creating innovative solutions to meet client requirements.

Mustafa Gamal earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the Faculty of Engineering at Helwan University between 1997 and 2001. Mustafa later pursued a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Mustafa Gamal between 2008 and 2010. Mustafa also obtained another Master's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Helwan University Cairo, which took place from 2007 to 2009.

In terms of additional certifications, Mustafa Gamal acquired the "Ten Tips for the C# Developer" certification from LinkedIn in June 2022. Mustafa also became TOGAF 9 Certified through The Open Group in April 2015.
