Matt Regan

Senior Director of Product Design at Aircore

Matt Regan has a diverse and extensive work experience in product design and leadership roles. Matt is currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Design at Aircore since 2021.

Before joining Aircore, Matt worked as the Director of Product Design at Minerva Project from 2012 to 2021. In this role, they led a multidisciplinary product team in building a new type of university. Matt was directly responsible for designing and developing various components of the platform, such as the admission process, learning management system, classroom tools, and course development software.

Prior to Minerva Project, Matt served as the Director of Design, Social Horizontal at Yahoo! from 2010 to 2012. Matt led the product design for the Social Bar, which allowed users to curate their Yahoo! content and designed a network-wide conversation experience.

From 2005 to 2010, Matt worked at Citizen Sports as a Senior User Experience Designer. Matt led the design for Sportacular, an iOS app, and created innovative social networking games on the Facebook platform. Matt also designed PROTRADE, the world's first athlete stock exchange.

During the period from 2001 to 2005, Matt worked as an Independent Contractor, providing visual and interactive design services for various clients, including Yahoo!, Oracle, Toyota, Xbox, TBWA\Chiat\Day, and Adidas.

Earlier in their career, Matt held positions at Shockwave.com as a Senior Designer, where they were involved in designing content for shockwave.com and atomfilms.com. Matt also worked at Macromedia, Inc. as a Web Designer, updating and redesigning the macromedia.com website and designing the first version of Macromedia's online store.
