Mick Hayes currently serves as Vice President of Product at ICE, a position held since September 2012, where responsibilities include the development, launch, and lifecycle management of products and services. Prior roles at ICE include Director of Product Management and IT Consultant, contributing to the Global Repertoire Database project in partnership with Deloitte. Mick's earlier experience includes IT Consultant positions at PRS for Music and ASCAP, co-founding and directing Rightscom, and serving as Senior Consultant at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, along with a decade as IT Manager at MCPS-PRS Alliance.
