Vincent Serain has a comprehensive work history with Air Liquide, starting in 1990. Vincent held various positions within the company, including General Manager in Western & Central Africa and Industrial Merchant France. Vincent also served as Director Operations Control in both Asia Pacific and Western Europe. From 2016 to 2023, Vincent held senior leadership roles such as Vice President Global Functions & CFO Europe Industries, Vice President Industrial Merchant Africa Middle-East India, and Vice President Healthcare and support functions - Africa Middle-East India. Additionally, they worked at LCL in 1988, focusing on business development.

Vincent SERAIN completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at HEC Paris, with an international exchange at UCLA, from 1986 to 1988. Vincent obtained their Master's degree from AgroParisTech from 1983 to 1986. Vincent also attended the Air Liquide executive management program at INSEAD in 1995. Prior to these, they completed their Classes préparatoires at Lycée Sainte-Geneviève.
