Tanya Gaspar has extensive work experience in the field of office management and billing operations. Tanya most recently worked at AIPSO as a Billing Operations Supervisor, starting in July 2021. Prior to that, they spent over two decades at Family Eye Care Services, where they held the position of Office Manager from August 1998 until June 2021.

Tanya Gaspar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Bryant University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bryant University, completing their studies from 2005 to 2007.
