Jeff Murphy, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Market Research Analyst at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee since July 2017, having previously held multiple roles within the same company from January 2005 to July 2014, including Market Analyst and Analyst in Reimbursement and Contracting Support. Before this, Jeff Murphy gained experience as a Fire Team Leader in the US Army from October 1993 to February 1998. Jeff Murphy holds an MBA from Bryan College, a BA in History from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and an AS degree from Chattanooga State Community College.
