Xavier Florent is a seasoned professional in financial services management with extensive experience leading high-stakes projects across multiple countries and sectors. Currently serving as Manager Services Financiers at Ailancy since September 2018, Xavier has successfully guided major initiatives, including the Core Banking System overhaul and strategic change programs involving up to 950 collaborators. Previously, as a senior consultant at Altran and Tata Consultancy Services, significant contributions were made to the implementations of project management tools and CRM outsourcing activities.
