In the role of Team Champion, Ina has focused on optimizing team performance to achieve commercial objectives, which involves planning, monitoring ongoing activities, resolving blockers, and maintaining team motivation and alignment. Prior to Storebrand, Ina worked as a Java Developer at ObjectPlanet AS from 2004 to 2006. Ina holds an academic degree from The University of Queensland, obtained between 1998 and 2003.
