Jane Zhang has over a decade of experience in human resources, specializing in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Aiken Digital since September 2020, Jane is responsible for comprehensive HR services, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Prior to this role, Jane was a Talent Acquisition Manager at dentsu international, where significant achievements included driving organizational change and establishing a talent pool of over 1,000 candidates. Jane's career also encompasses HR Manager roles at dentsu international and recruitment management at Newsun/JWT, contributing to substantial recruitment successes and strategic HR initiatives.
