Andres Urrutia is a seasoned technology professional with extensive expertise in cloud solutions, IoT, and data analytics. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect for Strategic Accounts at Databricks, Urrutia previously held key roles at Microsoft as a Global Black Belt and Senior IoT Architect, where Urrutia focused on technical discussions and architectural solutions in IoT and Analytics on Azure. Prior experience includes leading Cloud and DevOps teams at GE Digital and spearheading infrastructure projects at GE Power, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs significantly. Urrutia’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Analytics from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Information Systems and Operations Management from the University of Florida, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a BBA from Florida International University.
