Moritz Maurer is a corporate law specialist with extensive expertise in M&A transactions and complex corporate law matters, currently serving as a Partner at Niederer Kraft Frey since January 2017. With a history of leadership roles, Moritz Maurer has held positions as Immediate Past President, President, and First Vice-President at AIJA - International Association of Young Lawyers, as well as Co-Chair of the Organising Committee of the 59th International Young Lawyers’ Congress in Zurich. Previous experience includes serving as an Attorney at Law at Pestalozzi Attorneys at Law Ltd from 2007 to December 2016, focusing on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity, and a brief tenure as a Foreign Associate at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP in New York. Moritz Maurer holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from Columbia Law School and a Lic. iur. from the University of Zurich.
