Katie Beth Ongena, ACC, currently serves as the AVP, Executive Talent Management Consultant at Chubb, where contributions span roles from Executive Talent Management Consultant to Human Resources Manager since October 2014. Katie specializes in Talent Acquisition, managing the entire recruiting cycle, and has previous experience in commercial insurance sales and underwriting. Prior to Chubb, Katie worked as an Admission Counselor/Events Coordinator at Southern Methodist University, coordinating recruitment events. Additionally, Katie has experience as a Middle Market Sales Underwriter at The Hartford, where responsibilities included overseeing territory relationships and proactive sales efforts. Early career experience includes a role at ESPN as a Stage Manager and Runner. Katie earned a BBA in Marketing from the SMU Cox School of Business in 2008.
