Chris Roberts has extensive experience in operations and member services, currently serving as the Manager of Learner Success at AICPA since May 2012. In this role, Chris manages a team of 7-10 advisors, enhancing operational efficiency through the development of workload prioritization tools. Prior positions at AICPA include Member Service Specialist II, where Chris assisted members with service requests and supported fellow employees. Prior to AICPA, Chris worked as a Security Intern at RBC Center, gaining experience in event management and security operations. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from North Carolina State University, obtained in 2011.
