WHAT IS ON OFFER 

Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to join our team in Ulsan, South Korea. AHK South Korea provides services to the mining, metals, refining and recycling industries in a variety of capacities including auditing, supervision, sampling and analysis of metals and minerals derived from the previously mentioned practices. 

Based in Ulsan and reporting to the Senior Business Administrator, this role is a maternity cover with 2 years contract. As the Business Support Administrator, you will be responsible for co-ordinating and liaising between clients, AHK and subsidiaries. You will ensure all administrative responsibilities are dealt with efficiently and that customer service is of the utmost standard.

Required Work Experience

  • Experience within a customer service or customer facing environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma level and/or above.

  • Knowledge of English is highly preferred.
