Business Development Specialist

Job Overview: This position is responsible for all things Marketing with both Team Lodge and Sentry. The Business Development Specialist is responsible for creating advertising campaigns and targeting the demographic data of the target audience. This person is responsible for significantly increasing our conversion of social media follows to data driven marketing strategies.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation

    • Identify prospective customers by using business directories, social media platforms, etc…and follow leads from existing clients.
    • Partner with sales and engineering staff on prospective leads, following up and taking the lead as necessary.
    • Business lead generation to introduce the Sales Managers to prospective clients and new industries.
    • Communicate technical details and specifics with design and engineering staff.
    • Generate new business development prospects via email and telephone and maintain solid pipeline of sales leads and new account opportunities.
    • Maintain database of prospective clients and opportunities in Sales Force and other tools.
    • Perform detailed market research, data analysis and present various reports utilizing tools such as Excel, Power Point, Sales Force, PowerBI, ZoomInfo, LeadGenius, Linked in, Google search and other tools.
    • Provide customer service support and interact with current customers as needed
  • Social Media Management

    • Manage all of Team Lodge and Sentry Social Media Platforms
      • Show Significant Organic Growth
      • Manage Boost/Ad Budget
      • Create Marketing Campaigns
  • Creative Role

    • Content Creation
      • Video Production and Editing
    • Graphic Design
      • Signage, Banners, Advertisements, Brochures, etc.
      • Branding & Decals
  • Website Maintenance 

    • Works Directly with Web Host to ensure the ease of use on both SentryUSA.com and Team-Lodge.com
    • Information is current and up to date including Photos, Videos, Descriptions
    • Design and Implement New Pages and Content
  • Event Planning

    • Assist Team Lodge and Sentry with Trade Show Event Planning
    • Christmas Party, Company Picnics, Company Outings

Basic Qualifications:

  • Exceptional Writing and Communication Skills

  • Solid Computer Skills including using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and OneNote; marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.)

  • Ability to Exceptionally Operate Multimedia Equipment including GoPro, Still Photography, and Video Equipment

  • Knowledge of Web Development Tools

  • Organized and Detail Oriented

  • Creative & Innovative

  • Willing to travel to Trade Shows
