Jennifer Smith has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Jennifer most recently worked as a Human Resources Manager at AGORUS starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Human Resources Representative/Partner at The Toro Company from September 2017 to June 2022, where they managed all HR functions for multiple facilities and provided guidance to leaders and supervisors. Before that, Jennifer worked as a Human Resources Generalist/Payroll Administrator at The CP Group from October 2015 to September 2017, where they supported managers and employees in all aspects of HR. Jennifer'seducational journey began at Southwestern Community College District, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from 2015 to 2019.
