Harvey Francis currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for SKANSKA CONSTRUCTION SERVICES TRUSTEE LIMITED and has held the position of Executive Vice President focusing on People, Communications, Customer Experience, Strategy & Planning at Skanska since October 2007. Francis joined Skanska as the HR Director for Infrastructure businesses and became a board member of Skanska UK Plc in 2008. Additionally, Francis has experience as a Non Executive Director at The Maltings Arts Centre and as a member of the Supervisory Board for Skanska Middle East. Prior roles include Head of HR Operations & Reward at Pfizer, where key accomplishments included the establishment of HR Shared Services and leading HR strategy during the Pharmacia acquisition. Previous HR leadership roles were held at BT, focusing on culture change and organizational development. Educational credentials include programs at IMD and Hult Ashridge.
