Janina Najmark-Hvidt has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Janina most recently worked at Agillic as a Customer Success Manager from May 2020, where they previously held the role of Client & Partner Operations Manager from September 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Dansk Reklame Film A/S as an Account Manager from August 2018 to September 2019. Janina also served as a Change & Communications Manager at Tryg from April 2018 to July 2018. Additionally, they gained experience as a Communication and Marketing Manager at Thorco Projects from May 2017 to November 2017. Janina also has experience as a Project Manager at City Reklame A/S from January 2014 to August 2014, and as a Management Trainee/Marketing Coordinator at Clear Channel Danmark A/S from December 2012 to December 2013. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager at car2go Europe GmbH (Daimler AG) from September 2014 to April 2016, where they took on the responsibility of an interim Location Manager for four months. Janina also worked as a Project Manager at Anywear from February 2012 to December 2012, focusing on social media management, brand identity, concept development, event organization, and digital editorial tasks.
