Vladislav Polak has extensive experience in IT support, currently serving as an IT Support Specialist at ZOOM International since December 2009, focusing on 2nd level support for Linux applications. In addition to this role, Vladislav has been affiliated with IBM since 2008 in SSO roles and worked as an IT Administrator at Zefone from June 2008 to September 2008, where responsibilities included repairing PCs, installing software, server management, and sales of computers. Vladislav holds a degree from Brno University of Technology, completed between 2005 and 2012.
