Michael Walsh has worked in a variety of roles since 1991. Michael began as a Business System Analyst at Citi, then moved on to become the Director of Technical Services at Aspect Software in 1995. In 2000, they were the President of Answers.com, and then they became the CIO of 3r Communications in 2002. In 2005, they took on the role of VP of Technology & Strategic Partnerships at L-3 Communications, and then they were the CIO & VP of IT and Technical Support & Service at D-Link from 2009-2012. After that, they became the CIO of The Tax Credit Co. in 2012 and then the CTO & SVP at iHeartMedia, Inc. in 2013. Most recently, they have been the Managing Member of Laboratory Services of America since 2021, and they are also the CEO & Founder of Agileforce Inc., a SaaS/IoT company, since 2017.

Michael Walsh completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from the University of North Texas in 1984.
