Carol Hatchett is an experienced Programme Manager with a strong background in managing development projects and initiatives focused on health, humanitarian aid, and capacity building. Currently serving as Programme Manager for Network Strategy and Agreement at Age UK since April 2023, Carol previously managed the Safire project at Options Consultancy Services, aimed at improving sexual and reproductive health services for adolescents in Kenya and Nigeria. Additional roles include Contract Manager for VSO, where Carol oversaw the Knowledge Exchange project, and Programme Manager positions at Christian Aid and Save the Children UK, contributing to localisation efforts and talent development within the humanitarian sector. Carol's career also includes significant experience at VSO, managing EU Aid Volunteers projects. Carol holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from UCL.
