Sebastián Olivella is a civil engineer with a diverse background in construction and project management. Currently serving as Asistente técnico at AGB Constructora S.A. since April 2024, Sebastián has previously held various roles at Ingeniería de Topografía y Caminos S.A., including Encargado de Puentes and Encargado de Planta de Hormigón. Other experiences include serving as a member of the Board of Trustees at Facultad de Ingeniería - UNA and working in budgeting and site assistance at multiple construction firms. Sebastián is actively pursuing a Master's degree in Construction Project Management from ZIGURAT Institute of Technology, complementing a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Universidad Nacional de Asunción.
