Henry Bloemen, MCIP RPP PMP, is an experienced Development Manager currently working at Great Gulf since June 2019, with prior experience as an Assistant Development Manager. Before joining Great Gulf, Henry worked as a Development Associate at SmartCentres REIT from October 2017 to May 2019. Henry also developed athletics skills as a Men's Varsity Soccer Player at Queen's University from August 2011 to October 2014, where accomplishments included being an Ontario University Athletics All-Star for three seasons. Henry holds a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning, specializing in Land Use and Real Estate Development from Queen's University (2015-2017) and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Urban Geography from the same institution (2011-2015), complemented by educational experience at Cardiff University in 2014.
